Very relaxing resort with awesome scenery and many amenities.

Everything has been great, staff great! One thing, though, your TV channel for your property says you take reservations at the Happy Talk Lounge. It was my 70th birthday yesterday (why we are here) and we wanted to dine there. My husband went up to make a reservation and they said, “no, first come, first serve basis”. Disappointing. So, we got food at Foodland and had a nice fresh poke dinner in our condo, great view, but, not the point. My husband wanted to take me out and listen to music. It was so busy, it was going to be a long wait. Other than that, we will keep coming back! We love it it here🌺

This place is a really nice place to stay in Kauai! It offers very spacious, clean rooms with wonderful views of the bay; although units higher up can see more of the water. There is a path right down to the beach and if you contact the office or use the phones which are sometimes available you can get a staff member to give you a ride in a golf cart so you don't have to walk. The restaurant opens at 3:00 pm, so you need to plan to either buy groceries for breakfast or drive into town. This requires some prior planning as the town restaurants can be very crowded. There is also a walking path. It is wonderful and way to get some exercise by a 2.25 mile walk into town. We walk four miles every other day at home, so this was a great temporary substitute. If you want to do any activities; group hiking, 4-wheeler excursions, a Luau, etc. you need to make sure you clearly understand whether or not transportation is provided, location of the pickup point and time you have to be there. Overall, this is a great place to stay with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful Hawaiian vacation.

A frigid pool and slightly less frigid hot tub has been disappointing. The state of our condo was lacking with there were stains all over the kitchen and tub/shower. I would add pics if I could. The shower pressure was low but it was warm. The bed was king sized but so noisy it was difficult to turn, let alone be intimate. The redeeming quality of this condo was the view

The resort is beautiful, the view is fantastic and the staff is outstanding. Truly enjoying our time.

Great location, there is a paved path that goes straight down to a beautiful beach. If you don’t want to walk down or back up a golf cart will transport you. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Dining choices on site are limited but were sufficient for a couple of nights. We had a lovely two bedroom condo with partial ocean view and large lanai space. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms had great views, the resort had good on-site restaurants.

Food and beverage at your outlets has been great. Alisha (bartender at Happy Talk) is a freaking boss! That’s coming from someone who has worked in F&B for over 40 years! Literally everything, including the view, has been absolute perfection. Couldn’t ask for better and will definitely be back!

Amazing views, stellar food and atmosphere, beach down the sidewalk with beautiful pools.

Even with a storm and rain, this is such a magical place!
