With consideration for the wellbeing of our guests, associates and all of our families and communities, we are making an adjustment in the following area:

Guests and Owners with reservations through April 30th have been notified that alternative plans are needed including a full cancellation or re-booking due to the 14-day quarantine. UPDATE 3/23/2020

In order to curb the spread of COVID-19, drastic measures are being taken to protect our island residents, especially those that are most vulnerable, as well as protecting our visitors. With this in mind, we are taking steps to temporary limit tourism and are currently urging those owners and guests currently staying at Hanalei Bay Resort to make flight arrangements to return home before the mandatory quarantine takes affect this Thursday, March 26, 2020. As of now, some airlines have reduced or rescheduled flights to and from Kaua’i but all are still flying. We suggest you contact your airline for the latest information regarding your scheduled flight.

The resort will remain open and operating as normally as possible.

We are also contacting all owners and guests scheduled to arrive between now and April 30 to help them reschedule or cancel their reservation with no fees.

In addition to the above measures, we are extending travel flexibility should you need to reschedule your travel to a future date or cancel your existing reservation including the 100% refund for a reservation cancellation for check in dates through April 30th, 2020.  Please call a Vacation Specialist at (877) 344-0688 for assistance.
