The rooms had great views, the resort had good on-site restaurants.

Food and beverage at your outlets has been great. Alisha (bartender at Happy Talk) is a freaking boss! That’s coming from someone who has worked in F&B for over 40 years! Literally everything, including the view, has been absolute perfection. Couldn’t ask for better and will definitely be back!

The golf cart drivers are amazing and helpful. The front desk service has not been as expected. When we checked in, I was told to park anywhere and turn on my hazards and someone would come help us move luggage. After 10 minutes I knew this was not happening so I called concierge who said they'd call the front desk. Eventually someone came but only because I called. When we went to buy wine at the store, it was closed. The person at the sales desk said they opened at 4 which was in just a few minutes. At 4:15 I went in line at the front desk to ask when the store opened. Again, the sales desk person approached me and asked what I needed. I asked when the store opened. Again, I was told 4 pm. "She's playing around with her hours. We don't know when she'll open." I was shocked at this response. I asked what should I do - keep waiting? I was told I'd get a call when it opened and gave my room number. No one called. We arrived about 2 hours before check in and I called to see if there was early check in. The front desk answered and said since I was in a privately owned unit, I'd need to ask the owners. When we arrived to the resort we discovered the lounge we could have used for an hour while we waited. Why was this not offered when we called? The events offered by the resort are not marketed and advertised well for something we pay for in resort fees. We missed everything because did not know about them. We were told nothing at check in and didn't see anything until we noticed a sign by the unopened store which has no clear hours because "she's playing around" with them. My family loved the unit we stayed in but will not be staying at this resort again.

Great views of Hanalei Bay and the Napali Coast to the north. Walk down to the beach for a swim. Six tennis courts and a large pool with smaller pool down the hill. Small exercise room with one treadmill. Did not try the restaurant, but it is part of the resort and easy to access. Staff will drive you and your luggage around in a large golf cart.

We love this resort. It’s beautiful and the views are amazing.
